1. Agreement
By using esignsetup.com or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
eSignSetup provides deployment and configuration of self-hosted DocuSeal e-signature software on a virtual private server (VPS) of your choice, plus ongoing hosting support. Setup is performed remotely and typically completed within 24 hours of payment.
3. Fees and payment
- Setup fee: $149 one-time, due before work begins.
- Monthly support: $19/month, billed monthly. Covers monitoring, updates, and basic support.
- All fees are in USD. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel the monthly support plan at any time with 7 days' written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
5. Your responsibilities
- You must provide valid VPS access credentials for setup.
- You are responsible for maintaining your VPS subscription with your hosting provider.
- You are responsible for the lawful use of your DocuSeal instance and any documents processed through it.
6. Software ownership
DocuSeal is open-source software licensed under its own terms. eSignSetup is not affiliated with DocuSeal. We provide deployment and support services only — we do not sell or license the DocuSeal software itself.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eSignSetup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or your self-hosted DocuSeal instance. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
8. No warranties
Services are provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding uptime, software compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith; failing that, through binding arbitration.
